1 Team must consist of 3 students in semester 3 - 8, regardless of department. The team members must be from same university.

Participants Criteria

Participation in this event is based in teams, with 3 people per team. Every participant must have the following requirements:

  • 1. Indonesian undergraduate student (bachelor degree), minimum in their second year of study
  • 2. Be passionate in building Indonesia through digital technology
  • 3. Have a strong business mindset
  • 4. Have passion in technology, information and communication
  • 5. Be a challenge taker
  • 6. Be active in extracurricular activities


The application must include:

  • a. Team personal information: portrait picture, latest GPA, list of leadership experiences, academic and non-academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and any interesting facts about you that make you stand out from the crowd.
  • b. Submit :
    • 1. One cv per person
    • 2. One essay per team (no more than 500 words) with the theme : How digital technology can improve people's livesĀ
  • c. Submissions can be written in either English or Indonesian.


Mr. Setiaji current position is Head of Jakarta Smart City Management Unit. The unit works under Communications, Information and Public Relations Agency of Jakarta Capital City Government. His unit has accountability to provide updated information about Jakarta and he is managing information through Jakarta's official portals (jakarta.go.id and smartcity.jakarta.go.id). He also succeeded to build and develop Jakarta Smart City Lounge.

Piotr Jakubowski is the Chief Marketing Ojek at GO-JEK, Indonesia's leading on-demand technology company with social impact at the core. He has been tasked with bringing marketing excellence and innovation to the GO-JEK family of products and services.

Muhamad Fajrin Rasyid is Cofounder and CSFO at Bukalapak, a leading Indonesian online marketplace. With over 800,000 merchants and over 15 million products, Bukalapak is currently one of the biggest e-commerce platforms in Indonesia.

Peter is the Head of Digital Banking at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional BTPN. He was hired to build BTPN stand-alone digital bank, Jenius, which was launched to market in Indonesia in August of this year. Jenius has proven very popular with its target segment the mass affluent, digitally savvy and Peter's focus is now on scaling this new offering rapidly.
